Description
One black and gold curve, and water in a sheet.
Nero is a single open loop of solid brass, finished in bright black with gold plating, rising from one hole in the deck. Water leaves the broad upper lip in a flat sheet rather than a stream, and one low lever at the side sets both heat and flow. The gold catches the light as you wash your hands, and the basin feels less like a fixture and more like a place.

Have a licensed plumber fit this. Confirm your single deck hole and supply positions before ordering, and check the spout height against your basin for splash.
- Check the supply positions and rough-in against the sheet in the box before the wall is closed.
- Fit the valve body and flush the lines before any trim goes on.
- Fit the trim, then test under pressure and check every joint.
- Have a licensed plumber do the above. Rough-in mistakes are expensive after tiling.
Care
Wipe with a soft cloth and dry. No abrasives, no polish. Brass is meant to age with the house.
Shipping and returns
Free U.S. shipping on every order. Handling takes 3 business days and delivery 15 to 20 business days after the order; priority processing shortens that to 10 to 20. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled pieces in their original packaging; a restocking fee of 5% applies, more if the packaging or parts are missing. Every piece carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Questions, answered
Will it work with US plumbing?
Yes. Connections are standard half inch, and the rough-in sheet in the box gives every dimension your plumber needs.
What water pressure does it need?
Normal household pressure. If you are on a low pressure system, write to us with the numbers and we will confirm before you order.
Is the valve included?
Everything listed under specifications is in the box. Where a concealed valve is separate it is listed as such.
Do I need a plumber?
Yes. Rough-in mistakes are expensive after tiling, and a licensed installation keeps the warranty intact.
Will the brass tarnish in a wet room?
Brushed brass is sealed and will hold its colour. Wipe it dry after use and it will look the same in a decade.
Can I get matching accessories?
