30-day returns

We want you to love your set. If it is not the one for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to return an unused, complete set.

How to start a return

Email hello@juneandjong.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions and the correct return address before you ship your set back. Please pack every tile securely.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. If your set arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photographs so we can put it right. We cover return shipping for defective, damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once the returned set is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
