Natural stone

Color, veining, texture and mineral markings vary from piece to piece. These differences are part of the material and make every installation slightly different.

Wipe with a soft, lightly damp cloth, then dry. Avoid acidic cleaners, bleach, abrasives and prolonged contact with oils or strongly pigmented products.

Brass and warm metal finishes

Living and hand-finished metals can deepen, soften or develop patina with use. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid metal polish unless the specific finish is intended to be restored to a bright shine.

Plated and dark finishes

Use mild soap and water only when needed. Dry promptly. Abrasive pads and harsh chemicals can damage the surface.

Bathroom fittings

Clean regularly with mild soap and a soft cloth. Hard-water deposits should be addressed gently and promptly. Do not use abrasive powders, chlorine bleach or acidic descalers on decorative finishes.
