Priority processing with free shipping

Duration: 10 to 20 business days after the order
Your order enters the production queue ahead of all standard orders, which shortens production considerably. Once it is made and packed you receive your tracking number by email.

Order cutoff time: 5 PM EST.

Production lead times

Every piece is finished by hand, and some pieces, especially stone and the larger plates, need more time than the standard window. If tracking seems slow to appear, your order is in production and will ship as soon as it passes inspection.

Changes and cancellations

Email hello@sofinahome.com within 12 hours of purchase to change or cancel an order. Once an order has entered processing it cannot be changed or cancelled; please see our Return Policy for what happens next.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery details before you place the order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or unclaimed because of an incorrect address. If a parcel goes missing after the carrier confirms delivery, please contact the carrier directly first.

Taxes and duties

Sales tax is calculated at checkout. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes on orders shipped outside the United States are set by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

Damage protection

Damage Protection can be added to your order in the bag for $9.95. It covers any shipping damage: your piece arrives safely or we ship a replacement at our cost. Protected orders are packed with additional foam padding and an oversized outer box. To claim, email hello@sofinahome.com with photographs of the piece and the packaging and we will take it from there.

We ship to every state in the United States. For delivery elsewhere, write to hello@sofinahome.com before ordering and we will confirm whether we can serve your address and what customs charges to expect.
