Damage Protection covers every piece in your order against damage in transit. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and a replacement ships at once, at our cost. One charge covers the whole order.

Care
Solid brass and natural stone develop character with use. Wipe with a soft dry cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners. Confirm hole spacing before drilling a full project, and use a qualified installer for door and plumbing hardware.
Shipping and returns
Free U.S. shipping on every order. Handling takes 3 business days and delivery 15 to 20 business days after the order; priority processing shortens that to 10 to 20. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled pieces in their original packaging; a restocking fee of 5% applies, more if the packaging or parts are missing. Every piece carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Questions, answered
Is this solid brass or plated?
Pieces tagged solid brass are machined from solid brass bar stock, not plated zinc. Brushed and aged finishes are applied to the brass itself and will develop character with handling.
How do I know which size to order?
Sizes are listed as overall length. For replacements, measure the existing center-to-center hole spacing first. We recommend ordering one sample to confirm fit and projection before drilling a full kitchen or wardrobe.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Interior designers, architects and builders can apply to the trade program for preferred pricing, samples and help planning full-room hardware schedules.
What if it does not work in my space?
Return unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. A 5% restocking fee applies to pieces that come back in perfect condition, more if packaging or parts are missing. Write to us first and we will help you find the right size or finish.
