Description

Vero is the small gold circle at the bottom of the basin, the one your fingers press every time you wash. It closes with a soft click and opens with the same press, and the brushed gold cap matches a brass tap without shouting about it. Choose the slotted body for a basin with an overflow, or the solid body for a vessel basin without one. Cold water, a press of the thumb, and the basin holds.

Installation guide
Check whether your basin has an overflow before you order. Then have a licensed plumber fit it and confirm the drain opening, basin thickness and trap connection.
- Mark the fixing holes with the piece held level against the wall.
- Drill and plug the wall, using a tile bit on tile.
- Fix the wall plate, slide the piece over it and lock the grub screw from below.
Care
Wipe with a soft cloth and dry. No abrasives, no polish.
Shipping and returns
Free U.S. shipping on every order. Handling takes 3 business days and delivery 15 to 20 business days after the order; priority processing shortens that to 10 to 20. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled pieces in their original packaging; a restocking fee of 5% applies, more if the packaging or parts are missing. Every piece carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Questions, answered
Are fixings included?
Yes. Wall plate, screws and plugs for masonry or tile come in the box. On plasterboard use a proper anchor.
Can I fit it on tile?
Yes. Use a tile bit, drill slowly, and plug the wall behind the tile.
Is the finish safe in a steamy bathroom?
Yes. The finish is on the brass itself and sealed. Wipe it dry now and then and it will hold its colour.
Will it match my faucet?
Every Sofina bath piece in brushed brass is finished to the same standard, so a rail and a mixer read as one.
How much weight will a rail or hook take?
Fixed properly into masonry or a stud, more than a wet towel or a heavy robe will ever ask of it.
Can I return it if it does not suit the room?
Yes. Unused, in its packaging, within 30 days of delivery, less a small restocking fee.
Do you offer trade pricing?
