Description
Press to open, press to close. A 100 mm square of brass.
Scatto is a square brass plate, 100 mm on a side, with a 70 mm cap in the center that lifts under a press and closes again with the next. Closed, it is a flat plane in the tile. Open, it takes the water, and an internal seal keeps the smell of the drain where it belongs. Finish the shower, press it shut with a bare foot, and the floor is a floor again.

Installation guide
Have a licensed plumber fit this. Confirm your outlet size, trap and waterproofing detail before the floor is built up, and form the recess so the plate sits flush with the finished tile.
- Confirm the outlet position and waste size with your plumber before the floor goes down.
- Set the body to finished floor height and check the fall to the outlet.
- Fit the grate or plate last, after the tile is grouted and cleaned.
Care
Wipe with a soft cloth and dry. No abrasives, no polish. Brass is meant to age with the house.
Shipping and returns
Free U.S. shipping on every order. Handling takes 3 business days and delivery 15 to 20 business days after the order; priority processing shortens that to 10 to 20. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled pieces in their original packaging; a restocking fee of 5% applies, more if the packaging or parts are missing. Every piece carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Questions, answered
Will it work with US plumbing?
Yes. Connections are standard half inch, and the rough-in sheet in the box gives every dimension your plumber needs.
What water pressure does it need?
Normal household pressure. If you are on a low pressure system, write to us with the numbers and we will confirm before you order.
Is the valve included?
Everything listed under specifications is in the box. Where a concealed valve is separate it is listed as such.
Do I need a plumber?
Yes. Rough-in mistakes are expensive after tiling, and a licensed installation keeps the warranty intact.
Will the brass tarnish in a wet room?
Brushed brass is sealed and will hold its colour. Wipe it dry after use and it will look the same in a decade.
Can I get matching accessories?
