What does membership include?
20% off the regular price of eligible Sofina hardware and lighting while your membership is active. Membership fees, Damage Protection and gift cards are excluded. Member pricing cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.
When can I use my member prices?
Purchase membership first, then wait for your activation email. Sign in with the same email address and use Shop member prices before placing your merchandise order. Adding a membership to your bag alone does not activate the discount.
How does renewal work?
You pay $250 USD at enrollment and every six months afterward until cancelled. The membership fee is separate from your product purchases. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
How do I cancel?
Use Manage membership or the link in your membership email to access your member portal. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. For help, contact hello@sofinahome.com.
When does membership cover its fee?
Compared with regular prices, $1,250 of eligible purchases in one six-month term covers the $250 fee. Compared with the 10% first-order offer, the threshold is $2,500. Use the calculator above to see the comparison for your project.
What happens to the pieces already in my bag?
They stay in your shopping bag while you enroll. After your membership is activated, return to Sofina, sign in, and complete your merchandise purchase with your member benefit.
